Life First assessments are not eligible for Medicare rebates. Some private health funds may provide a rebate, but this varies between providers and levels of cover. We recommend checking directly with your health insurer to confirm what may apply to you.

Most clients return annually, but frequency depends on your age, lifestyle and results. Your doctor will recommend what is best for you.

Your assessment is led by a Life First doctor with at least 10 years of clinical experience. You will also work with our team of accredited health professionals, including exercise physiologists and dietitians, depending on the tests included in your program.
